Orange Tree Samples Evolution Hollowbody Blues is a detailed virtual guitar instrument designed to capture the soulful character of a vintage semi-hollow electric guitar. Inspired by the sounds associated with blues legends such as B.B. King, Freddie King, John Lee Hooker, Chuck Berry, and Eric Clapton, the library brings classic blues guitar character into a flexible modern instrument.

 

 

The guitar delivers a broad tonal range, from warm neck pickup tones to more aggressive bridge pickup grit. Separate signal paths provide additional flexibility when shaping the guitar sound, making it easier to create tones that suit different arrangements and mixes.

Furthermore, Evolution Hollowbody Blues focuses on expressive performance. Multiple round-robin samples and three dynamic layers help create natural variations between notes, while a range of articulations adds further realism. Sustains, palm mutes, natural harmonics, squeals, legato transitions, string slaps, and divebombs provide the tools needed for detailed guitar performances.
